Dave's Ham Radio Projects

Yaesu FH-2 Replacement

Similar function to the Yaesu FH-2 without the extra programming buttons.
Some Yeasu radios allow you to record voice and CW memories (up to 5).
This box makes quick access to playing those memories rather than going through the radio menus to access them.
The Top of my models have labels for the 5 most common functions I've recorded. You will want to customize these for your own use.
All are printed with PETG filament. For the Top plate I sliced with and defined a filament layer change on the final 0.4mm top portion.
This allows me to change the filament color and highlight the text.
For proper button spacing, solder the switches centered starting at the top row and skipping 3 rows between each switch.
The sleeve was created to help mount the Top with screws showing and to mount the PCB.
