This cook trailer was a complete renovation of Cook Trailer #1a. It was done after 10 years of use. Following the renovation this unit was sold.

This trailer contains:

  • 6′ wide x 24″ deep stainless steel griddle with seven 24″ burners, 4″ sides and front Grease Channel
  • Hooded BBQ/Oven with six 24″ burners, chrome smokestack and a 42″ wide x 24″ deep grill area surface
  • Commercial stove top with three round burners
  • Space for four folding tables (two 6′ in middle and two 6′ on griddle)
  • Tank Holder and regulators for two propane tanks
  • Large storage drawer for cooking utensils
  • Tongue mounted spare tire and good tires all the way around
  • Commercial quality cast iron gas burners and 3/4″ steel pipe plumbing throughout
  • Side marker lights (front and back), license plate light and fully recessed (protected) tail lights
  • 2″ ball hitch and Bulldog front trailer jack with wheel
  • Heavy duty frame but lightweight overall and tows like a dream
  • Trailer is all steel welded construction – No wood or plastic
  • Trailer bed is 4′ wide (excluding fenders/tires) and 9′ long (excluding tongue)
